From the world renowned Cooroondoowatte Estate in the lush foresty region of the Kandy district is our season’s selection. When grown at high altitudes these teas develop a profile that is brisk, bright and woody. There's also a hint of dried fruit with floral overtones. This OP1 grade offers a typically long and wiry leaf, imparting a lighter, golden brew.
Dry leaves: long, twisted, wiry, brown
Liquor: light amber colour
Taste: muscatel, biscuity, spiced fruit, cacoa
Process: fully oxidised
