This is a caffeine-free alternative to the masala chai. We dropped the tea-base and in its place, is roasted chicory-root. Chicory is often used as a coffee substitute due to its flavour and strength to cut through milk. Naturally, it also complements spices well with its light licorice-like sweetness. Organic rooibos is also included in this blend for an added tang and for any immunity supporting properties it may contain.
