Humble Hall Teawares Co., Zhejiang Province
Without any tarnishable metals or worse still, microplastics, this teapot is ideal for those who like a long, clean, steady brew. As both the inner brewing chamber and outer body are made of heat-resistant and break-resistant 4mm thickened borosilicate glass, it is suitable for both cafe and home use. Simply put tea leaves in the brewing chamber and fill - once ready, lift and let the tea drain through the thin slots then set chamber aside neatly on the upturned lid. No over-brewing, you've now got two cups worth ready to go.
With a minimalist design including a beechwood top, the overall style may complement most contemporary aesthetics. The Borosilicate Glass Teapot allows the tea to be the star of the show as all good teapots should, while maintaining a petite elegance of its own.
Instructions:
1. Place tea leaves inside the inner brewing chamber.
2. With the brewing chamber placed inside the teapot, fill the teapot with hot water to the height of the top part of the handle (giving 300ml). Place lid on teapot.
3. Once the tea has reached its brew time, remove the lid and turn it over onto a steady surface with the stainless steel side facing up.
4. Lift the brewing chamber up, allowing any remaining tea to drain into the teapot. Place the brewing chamber on the upturned lid.
5. Pour tea into a teacup and serve remaining tea in teapot alongside.
