Iced Tea x3 Concentrate
1. Add 30g of Lemon Myrtle and 60g of rock sugar into a pot.
2. Add 1L of boiling water.
2. Stir until sugar is mostly dissolved.
3. Steep for 10min. Strain and allow to cool.
To serve: Fill each glass 1/3 full with the Lemon Myrtle concentrate. Top up remainder of glasses with ice cubes and iced water. Garnish with lemon slices and fesh basil leaf.
