We aim to provide affordable, fair and fast shipping via Fastway Couriers, Australia Post and Sendle depending upon your location.

Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Interstate Metro (Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast) 1-2 business days $16.50 for first 5kg, each additional 5kg will cost $5.50 (max. weight 20kg)

For orders outside of the above delivery areas and/or exceed 20kg cubic weight, please contact us to arrange alternate delivery.

Delivery to PO Box:
We can ship to PO box address via Australia Post. Please contact us for postage estimate.

Pickup option: 
Free warehouse pick up is available by appointment. You can select warehouse pickup option at checkout.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need to return your purchase, please email us at orders@teacraft.com.au with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refund terms and conditions:

1. You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

2. Within 30 days of delivery you may return new, unopened items for an exchange, store credit or refund.

3. Returns are not accepted for change of mind if the tea bag is opened. If you would like to sample a small amount of our teas before buying larger bags, we encourage buying the sample pouches.

4. Shipping costs, special order items and gift certificates are non-refundable. 

5. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect/faulty item etc.) otherwise buyer is responsible to organise return shipping.

6. Refunds from direct credit card payments will incur a fee of 1.75% of total payment + 30 cents for domestic cards and 2.9% + 30 cents for international cards. These are the rates our payment gateway Stripe charges. Refunds from PayPal payments however will not incur these fees.
