Why we chose this: instant flavour and tongue tingler...also cool bottle.

Its numbing effect is instant - but fortunately so is its floral aroma. Definitely a fine line between pleasure and pain. This oil is ideal for lacing  your biang biang noodles, giving them that slippery, tingly sensation. Infuse the oil with some chili and use it for a dressing for Chinese cucumber salads or a dipping sauce for both cold and hot dishes.

Taste: Numbing florals, aromas of camphor, lavender, citrus

Uses: Noodle and salad dressings, marinades, dipping sauces for dumplings and cold-cuts. Infuse with fresh chili, chili flakes, Sichuan peppercorns for a full sensory explosion.
